J-Bass pickups are also available in humbucking (2+2) format with Alnico poles,
a definite step up from some of the machine wound products out there in terms
of clarity and retained top end without any flab in the bottom end.
The EB3 neck pickup was a bit of a task - the design is definitley “out there”
as far as pickups go and the bridge pickup is an interesting hybrid of guitar
